About Ms. Nthati Darlyn Tzorh

Ms. Darlyn Tzorh serves as Programmes Manager at the Centre for Development in Social Justice and brings more than ten years of progressive experience in programme coordination, donor-funded project implementation, monitoring, evaluation, research, learning, data quality assurance, field supervision, and stakeholder engagement across gender justice, public health, human rights, HIV and TB, child protection, counter-trafficking, women's empowerment, and governance programming in Lesotho.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from the National University of Lesotho, supported by technical training in Advanced Excel, USAID and PEPFAR Data Quality Assessment tools, and global health compliance, giving her a strong foundation in evidence-based planning, data systems, donor compliance, community-level analysis, and results-driven programme management.

Her professional foundation was built through Women and Law in Southern Africa Lesotho, where she worked from 2017 to 2021 across several major donor-supported programmes funded by USAID, GIZ, the Global Fund, the European Union, UNDP, IOM, Ford Foundation, Solidarity Center, Brot für die Welt, and the Lesotho Millennium Development Agency. During this period she supported and coordinated work across the AIDSFree Project, the Global Fund HIV and TB human rights programme, the GIZ-supported Partnership for Prevention Nokaneng Project, the USAID Karabo ea Bophelo OVC and DREAMS Project, national counter-trafficking research, rural land registration and gender-inclusive land administration, and GBV prevention in the workplace.

Since 2022, she has also strengthened her executive and operational leadership profile as Founder, CEO, and Director of Hanslet Properties and BouDar Holdings, where she has led strategic planning, financial oversight, regulatory compliance, project development, procurement, staff supervision, and operational systems management. At CDSJ, she brings practical programme leadership, field-level implementation experience, strong data and reporting discipline, and a clear understanding of how to translate donor priorities into accountable, community-responsive programmes.
